General terms and conditions of contract and travel

1. Conclusion of contract

With your registration/booking confirmation a contract is concluded between you and Eleven Travel.

The present Terms and Conditions 'General Contract and

Travel conditions' form an integral part of it. In addition, the provisions

and information in our travel advertisement. However, Eleven Travel reserves the right

reserves the right to change prices and program details prior to your booking.

Eleven Travel travel arrangements or individual services of other tour operators,

you conclude the contract with that company and their own terms and conditions apply.

2. Prices and
Payment terms

The prices for the travel arrangements can be found in the valid travel description or price list when booking. Unless otherwise stated in the description, prices are always per person in Swiss francs. All prices include VAT and are cash prices. A deposit of 20% of the total cost is due within 30 days of receiving the written booking confirmation. The remaining payment must be made no later than 45 days before departure. If payments are not made on time, Eleven Travel reserves the right to refuse travel services. In this case, the trip will be considered canceled, and the cancellation fees according to section 8 will be due. The electronic travel documents (flight tickets, hotel vouchers, travel program) will only be sent after receipt of payment, approximately 10 days before departure.

3. Price and
Program change
before the trip

Eleven Travel reserves the right to change the tour price, the travel program, or individual agreed services prior to the contractual start of the trip. Articles 7–10 of the Travel Act (PRG) apply. Price increases can only occur if transportation costs subsequently increase, fees or charges (such as airport taxes, landing fees, taxes) are newly levied or increased, or the relevant exchange rates change. If the contract changes are significant, you can notify us in writing within five days of receiving notification of the contract change that you wish to withdraw from the contract without incurring any costs or participate in a replacement trip proposed by us. If no notification is received within five days, the contract change will be deemed accepted.

4. Cancellation of the trip
by Eleven Travel

For some package tours offered by Eleven Travel, a minimum number of participants applies. If this number is not reached, Eleven Travel may charge a surcharge or cancel the tour up to three weeks before the scheduled start date.

5. Program change
during the trip

Eleven Travel reserves the right to change the travel program or individual agreed services during the trip if unforeseen circumstances require it. If the implementation of the trip is jeopardized, significantly complicated, or made impossible due to force majeure, government measures, epidemics, political unrest, or strikes, Eleven Travel may cancel or prematurely terminate the trip. Eleven Travel will refund the travel price already paid. However, Eleven Travel is authorized to deduct any expenses incurred and verifiable expenses, as well as a processing fee. Claims for reimbursement or compensation must be submitted to Eleven Travel in writing within one month of the contractual end of the trip. Confirmation of the defect and any evidence must be enclosed. If you do not report the defects within the specified deadlines, you forfeit your rights to remedy, self-remedy, reduction of the travel price, termination of the contract, and compensation.

6. Liability

Eleven Travel is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., loss of wages, etc.). For damages other than personal injury, Eleven Travel's liability is limited to twice the tour price. Furthermore, Eleven Travel is not liable for a) the loss of valuables, cash, jewelry, photo and video equipment, personal effects, etc. b) the loss, theft, damage, or misuse of check and credit cards, etc. c) changes to programs due to non-adherence to timetables by transport companies, etc. d) events and excursions at the holiday resort that you did not book with the tour operator's tour guide or local representative. e) tickets: Eleven Travel accepts no liability for changes to match dates and times due to TV broadcasts (match attendance), nor for additional costs. There is no right of return for booked tickets.

7. Cancellation of the trip by you, assignment of the booking

If you change or cancel a booking or name, you must notify Eleven Travel in person or in writing. You will be charged a processing fee of at least CHF 100 per booked person or CHF 200 per order. The amount of the processing fee depends on the complexity of the process. Any travel insurance you may have purchased unfortunately does not cover the processing fee. Insurance premiums are non-refundable.

In addition to the processing fees, the following cancellation costs will be charged (as a percentage of the travel price):

  • up to 61 days before departure CHF 100.00 per booked person

  • 60 to 46 days before departure 60%

  • 45 to 31 days before departure 70%

  • 30 to 80 days before departure

  • from 14 days before the start of the trip and in case of no-show or late arrival on the day of departure 100%

Flights to football training camps: Prices for flight bookings for groups or individual travelers to football training camps are shown separately on the confirmation/invoice. They are not part of the package. Separate, usually stricter, cancellation and rebooking conditions apply to flight bookings. Tickets: Ordered and confirmed tickets to sporting and cultural events are non-returnable and non-refundable. The date of change or cancellation is the day your notification is received by the booking office. For Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, the next business day applies. Article 17 of the PRG applies to the designation of a replacement traveler. Different cancellation fees can be found on the order confirmation.

8. Early return

If you cancel your trip prematurely for reasons that are not due to non-attendance or

due fulfilment by the organiser are justified, you will not be

Eleven Travel is entitled to deduct a reasonable processing fee

9. Entry and health regulations

In the travel advertisement or travel confirmation you will find the information about passport

10. Insurance

We recommend taking out cancellation/extra return travel insurance.
